Ruchla was Yankiel's half-sister by his stepmother Szejwa
"on 19 March 1860 at 9 am appeared before me David Gutman, spektor (spector, also spektor or spekter is a surname derived from the Russian "inspektor" meaning 'inspector'. Also derived from the Jewish (eastern Ashkenazic) occupational name szpektor 'teacher's assistant in a Jewish school', a derivative of Polish inspektor 'supervisor') residing in Kock, aged 48 and in the presence of Judka Rechtman and Moszko Fel..., both aged 50, both "szkolnik" residing in Kock, and showed me a baby girl, stating that she was born in Kock on 7 July 1859 at 11pm of his wedded wife Szejwa (?) nee Mendel, aged 45, and was named Ruchla."
