1838 marriage of Shaindel Ruchla Gutman

Shaindel was the daughter of Wolf Gutman

Wolf Gutman (c1789-1844) was my 3rd great uncle, brother of my 3rd great grandfather Baruch Gutman (c1793-1846)

"It happened in Kock on 21 December 1838 (or 34) at 10 am appeared before me Szmul Ksiazka with Mordka Dawidowicz Goldstein, residing with parents, aged 19, born in Kock of David and Mindla Goldstein residing in Kock, tavern keepers, and Szendla Ruchla Gutman, spinster aged 18, born of Wolf Gutman, tavern keeper, and Frieda Gutman, married couple, residing in Kock, who until now was living with her parents and stated that yesterday in the presence of witnesses David Mindl, tavern keeper, aged 53 and Judka Richtman aged 35 residing in Kock, a religious marriage between Mordka and Szendla was concluded, which was proceeded by banns on 1, 8 and 15 December in the Kock synagogue. Verbal permission for the wedding was given by David Goldstein and Wolf Gutman. The newlyweds did not sign any prenuptial agreement.
This certificate is hereby issued by Franciszek Kierglewicz, person in charge of Civil Records, after reading it out to the witnesses."
